To think about when making a claim
- Have your booking confirmation or insurance certificate at hand.
- Gather all documents and receipts for which you are claiming compensation for.
- In case of cancellation of a trip, we can not give you any notice in advance before the trip has been fully cancelled.
- To be able to cancel a trip before it has started, make sure your insurance includes cancellation.
- Please make a claim as soon as possible after an incident to ensure full compensation, otherwise compensation could be reduced or not paid.
